The prices for Easter and Christmas as follows:
Christmas: 12/17/11 - 1/04/12 (rented as Beach & Palapa Villa) - $9800 for one week
Easter: Beach Villa - $3900 per week
Palapa Villa - $2700
Punta Pelicano Special Notes & Charges:
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 6 guests for Beach Villa.
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 5 guests for Palapa Villa.
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 2 guests for La Casita.
• $800 (USD) refundable security deposit is required for rentals of the entire compound.
$500 (USD) refundable security deposit is required if rented separately (Beach or Palapa Villa).
• Telephone and tips are not included.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Gratuities will be added to rental charges for stays over 14 days.
• Punta Pelicano is a smoke-free environment.
• Check Out: 11:00 AM (Central Time)

Booking and Payment Policies:
• All reservation confirmations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total cost with the full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• If a cancellation is made 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to you arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We accept payments in the form of US bank checks or money orders.
