“Casa de la Cascada”- the main house, 3500 square feet, features a modern Mexican kitchen fully equipped with new world appliances and old world charm. It looks out over an open dining area where 10 guests can comfortably linger over meals, while contemplating a swim in the pool or ocean, or a yoga session on the platform designed for just such an activity. Each room is tiered for unobstructed views of the magnificent Pacific Ocean.

Relax in our open-air living room that houses a 14ft natural stone waterfall, inviting you to step into our turquoise tiled infinity pool for a swim. From here, check out the fabulous surf and see if it’s worth paddling out. Or if it’s a siesta you need, relax in a hammock tied from palm tree to palm tree and let the ocean sounds lull you to sleep.

“La Bahia”, also located on the second level, gazes out onto the Sierra Madre del Sur Mountains and has its own private terrace with a sitting area. Here you can can view our beautiful bay or just relax in your own way. It offers a king size bed that can be separated into two twin beds and shares a bath and shower with La Vista. La Bahia gives a different perspective of Punta Pelicano, one we think you’ll enjoy.

“La Boveda”, the guest bedroom features a handcrafted, brick domed ceiling, fully air conditioned, with a queen size bed, spacious bath and shower area with hot and cold running water. A sitting area and desk is here for your convenience. The fully walled glass doors open out to a private terrace with full ocean view, and easy access to the kitchen, dining area and pool. Tropical gardens surround the room.

“Casa Roberto”, our guesthouse, is located within the compound of Punta Pelicano. Amongst gardens lush with fruit trees and tropical foliage, “Casa Roberto” invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Surfers and vacationers alike can feel at home in either of the two main cuartos (bedrooms) available.

Both “la Kahuna” and “la Ola” are located on the second level sharing views of the mountains, Pacific Ocean and beautiful Manzanillo Bay.

Casa Roberto has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that sits 6 guests comfortably, and a sitting area all shared by the guests staying in this house.

All rooms include ceiling fans, plenty of closet space and small safes. Other amenities include:
