• Rates are for up to 6 guests for Casa de la Cascada.
• Rates are for up to a maximum of 5 guests for Casa Roberto.
• One-week minimum on all reservations with Saturday to Saturday arrival and departure.
• $800 (USD) refundable security deposit is required for rentals of the entire compound. $500 (USD) refundable security deposit is required if rented separately for Casa Roberto or Casa Cascada.
• Telephone and tips are not included.
• Sorry, no children under the age of twelve (12) allowed.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Gratuities will be added to rental charges for stays over 14 days.
• Punta Pelicano is a smoke-free environment.

Booking and Payment Policies:

• All reservation confirmations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total cost with the full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• If a cancellation is made 6 weeks (42 days) or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to you arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We accept payments in the form of US bank checks or money orders.
